Buyers Tips
 

1.) Did you know that you do not have to go to each agent that has a property you like listed to view or get more information?  Choose a Realtor you are comfortable with and they will answer all of your questions and take you on showings.

2.) Listing agents work for the seller and cannot advise you on price, or what to offer to get you the property you would like. The price you pay for a property already has the commission and fees included, so it costs you nothing more to have the power of an agent working for you. Ask about a buyers agency.

3.) A buyers agency with a Realtor, simply is an agreement that gives the agent you are working with the power to negotiate on your behalf. They are able to guide you and advise you on price, etc. There is no fee for this as the seller is paying the commission.  
 
Simply fill out your request to work with me, let me know what type of property, price, area, etc. and a little about your likes and dislikes. I will send an email link of all listings that meet your criteria on the MLS to you. You can then easily eliminate properties you do not care for and pick what you want.  Should you decide you are ready to view, I will set showings up for you and take you to see the properties and get all of the information you need to decide which one might be right for you.
